Workflow Day is an automation, SEO and web development consultancy operating from Pakistan and working with clients internationally. This website is workflowday.com.

Information we collect
We only collect information you give us or that your browser sends automatically. We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape personal data.

International transfers
We operate from Pakistan and our clients are based in many countries. Some of the services we use store data in the United States or the European Union. This means your information may be transferred outside the country where you live.
Where we transfer information out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more detail on this at any time.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not become projects. Kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records and correspondence. Kept for the length of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, in line with record keeping obligations.
- Access to your systems. Removed when the project ends or sooner if you ask.
- Website analytics. Retained in aggregated form and not linked to you personally.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to do the following.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Ask us to delete your information where we have no ongoing reason to keep it.
- Ask us to restrict how we use it while a concern is resolved.
- Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.

We keep access to client systems on a need to know basis, use unique credentials with two factor authentication where the platform supports it, and remove access when a project ends.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the services we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear rather than quietly updating the page.
